Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Wellship Clinic, we prioritize your satisfaction and safety. We offer high-quality personalized dermatological and aesthetic treatments & services. However, unforeseen situations may arise.

Refunds:

Refunds are generally not available for services once rendered. However, we offer exceptions in certain circumstances (see “Exceptions” below).

Non-refundable Situations:

  • Changes of mind or circumstances (e.g., relocation, finding a cheaper option elsewhere)
  • Discontinued treatments
  • Treatment results (individual responses vary, additional sessions may be needed)
  • Treatment delays, advice obtained, effectiveness of treatment, or consultation results
  • Discontinuing treatment after sessions have begun

Package Expiry:

Prepaid treatment packages expire within 18 months (7-10 sessions) or 12 months (3-6 sessions) from purchase. Expired packages are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

Holding Service Fees:

If you need to postpone treatment due to pregnancy, surgery, illness, exams, or emergency travel, we can hold your fees for up to one year from the date of payment. Please contact us to discuss.

Exceptions:

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider alternative solutions such as:

  • Rescheduling appointments
  • Transferring unused portions of packages to another person or service
  • Consultation and guidance from our medical professionals

Cancellations:

Services can only be cancelled and refunded if we cannot provide them. In such cases, we will refund the full package amount (minus taxes).
