Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Wellship Clinic, your satisfaction and safety are our highest priority. We provide personalized and high-quality dermatological & aesthetic treatments, but since these services involve medical expertise and individualized outcomes, certain refund and cancellation rules apply.

💳 Refunds

  • General Rule: Refunds are not available once a service has been rendered.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind, relocation, or finding a cheaper option elsewhere
  • Discontinued treatments or services
  • Individual treatment results (outcomes vary; additional sessions may be required)
  • Treatment delays, dissatisfaction with medical advice, or consultation results
  • Discontinuing treatment after sessions have begun

Treatment Results & Expectations

  • While we strive for optimal results, every individual’s skin and body may respond differently.
  • Results cannot be guaranteed, and additional treatments may be needed for best outcomes.
  • Management of common side effects is included in your treatment cost.

📦 Prepaid Packages

  • Expiry:
    • 7–10 session packages → Valid for 18 months from purchase
    • 3–6 session packages → Valid for 12 months from purchase
  • Condition: Expired packages are strictly non-refundable & non-transferable.

⏸ Holding of Service Fees

  • In case of pregnancy, surgery, illness, exams, or emergency travel, fees can be held for up to one year from payment date.
  • A written request via email is required for this facility.

🚫 Discontinuing Treatment

  • If treatment sessions have begun and you choose to discontinue midway, refunds will not be issued for sessions already availed.
  • Unused sessions may be considered for rescheduling or transfer (case-by-case basis).

🔄 Exceptions & Alternatives

In exceptional situations, Wellship Clinic may consider flexible solutions such as:

  • Rescheduling appointments
  • Transferring unused portions of packages to another person or service (with management approval)
  • Additional consultation and guidance from our medical professionals

Cancellations

  • Services may only be cancelled and refunded if Wellship Clinic is unable to provide the service.
  • In such cases, a full refund (minus taxes) will be issued.

  • Each client is entitled to a free consultation before procedures.
  • This ensures you fully understand the treatment, possible risks, and expected outcomes before committing.
  • Booking any treatment/package indicates that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy.
