  • Remove Makeup Before Treatment: To ensure the best possible results for your treatment, please remove all makeup, deodorant, perfume, and oil-based products before your appointment. Our practitioners will cleanse the area, but we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions caused by products that remain in your skin.
  • Treatment Sessions: To maximize the effectiveness of our Laser Hair Removal packages, we recommend scheduling a single appointment to treat all included areas. This approach ensures optimal results. Unfortunately, we cannot split treatments into multiple sessions for each area.

  1. Practitioners / Therapist Policy

We will do our best to accommodate your request for a specific practitioner or therapist, or a practitioner or therapist of a specific gender. However, we cannot guarantee this. All our practitioners and therapists are trained in all of our treatments and protocols, so you can be confident that you will receive high-quality care regardless of who you are assigned to.

  1. Machine Maintenance Policy

In the event of machine maintenance, we will need to reschedule your appointment and will aim to notify you at the earliest opportunity. This is to ensure we maintain a continuously high level of service.

  1. Pricing Policy
  • Wellship Clinic reserves the right to modify its pricing structure for treatments, products, and services at any time, without prior notice.
  • Prices may vary based on individual needs and the specific program, package or service purchased.
  • All prices are inclusive of GST, wherever applicable.
  • Promotional prices are valid only for the specified duration. If you receive a quote during a promotional period and choose not to accept it, we reserve the right not to honour that quote once the promotion has expired. No extensions will be granted.
  1. Payments Policy
  • Payments can be made via Cash (as per Income Tax Regulations), Online Transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Demand Draft, or Cheque.
  • In case of cheque payments, treatments will be initiated only after confirmation of credited payment.
  • Treatments are rendered only to the extent of the amount paid towards the package.
  • Refunds, if applicable, may take up to 5–7 working days to process and will be credited to the original mode of payment (except cash/CoD).
  1. Promotions Offers Policy
  • Our promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
  • Valid for a specific duration only. Please check the offer details for the exact expiration date.
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or ongoing offers.
  • Promotional offers must be redeemed within the specified timeframe.
  • Wellship Clinic reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
  1. Treatment & Packages / Program Policy
  • Only the services listed on the invoice will be provided. We will not honour any handwritten or verbal commitments.
  • When you purchase a prepaid program, you agree that the treatment fee is non-refundable, even if you change your mind, miss appointments, or discontinue treatment. All instalments must be paid as agreed in the treatment agreement form.
  • All treatment areas (e.g., Full Body Laser) must be treated on the same day. If you are unable to get all areas treated included in your package, the prepaid treatment area will be cancelled.
  • All treatments or services are not transferable to other individuals or clinic branches.
  • We generally do not allow changes to treatment packages after they have been purchased. However, we may consider requests for changes on a case-by-case basis, depending on specific circumstances. If a change is approved, the validity of the package and any unused portions will remain 18 months from the original purchase date.
  • Services will not be provided after the expiry date of the package/invoice. Once the validity period is over, no claims for unused services will be accepted.
  • Only the services clearly written on the official invoice will be provided. Any verbal promises, handwritten notes, or informal assurances by staff or others will not be valid unless mentioned on the invoice and stamped/approved by Wellship Clinic.
  1. Clinic Transfer Policy

Due to treatment records and to ensure continuity of care, we cannot transfer treatments from one clinic to another. Clients must continue and finish their course of treatment at the clinic where they started. If you wish to transfer to a different clinic, you will need to start a new treatment or course.

  1. Liability Policy

Wellship Clinic will not be held liable for any economic losses (including, but not limited to, loss of profit) or any other special, indirect, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of any goods and/or services to the client. Your statutory rights will be protected.

Extended Liability Waiver:

  • Wellship Clinic is not liable for bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful elements transmitted via the website.
  • Not liable for unauthorized access to or use of servers or stored information.
  • Not liable for user submissions or third-party defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct.

⚠️ It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they provide us with all relevant medical details before each treatment. We will not be held liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Wellship Clinic regarding the care of a treated area.

  1. Treatment and Gift Card Expiration Policies
  • Prepaid Packages: Valid for 12 or 18 months. Our promotional 3–6 session packages are valid for 12 months, and 7–10 session packages are valid for 18 months.
  • Discount Cards, Gift Cards & Vouchers purchased at the clinic, online, or as part of a promotion expire 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. We recommend redeeming your Discount & Gift Cards before expiry to enjoy all its benefits.
  • Expired unused treatment packages or expired gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards expire 12 months from the purchase date. Unused gift cards are non-refundable.
  • To accommodate unforeseen circumstances, we offer a one-time grace period of 30 days after the expiry date for expired prepaid packages and gift cards. During this period, you can utilize the remaining services or balance. However, this grace period is subject to availability and cannot be extended further.
  • Customized items, opened/used products, and sale/clearance items are strictly non-refundable.
  1. Discount & Gift Voucher Policy
  • Discount vouchers and gift cards can only be used once, and shall be treated as used even if you cancel your service or treatment package.
  • If you don’t show up for your appointment, your voucher will be void.
  • All Discount & Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer refunds for any products, services, or treatment programs, regardless of whether they were purchased at a promotional or full price.
  • All of our promotional prices are subject to our refund and cancellation policies. Please read these policies carefully before making any purchase.
  1. Product Exchange Policy
  • Exchange shall be done only in the case of defective products and must be requested within ten (10) days of purchase, along with a valid copy of the purchase receipt.
  • Exchange of products is permissible only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Products bought under discount/promotional schemes cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchange of products is only permissible at the same clinic location from where the purchase was made.
  1. Personal Belongings

For your safety and peace of mind, we recommend that you leave all jewellery and valuables at home during your visit to the Wellship Clinic. We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

  1. Medical and Physical Conditions

Please notify us before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, pregnancy, or have a history of skin pigmentation.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • We value your time and appreciate your understanding that your appointment is reserved specifically for you.
  • We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness for all our clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellation Fees:

  • To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • For cancellation within 24 hours, a 50% fee applies.
  • No-shows will incur a 100% fee.

Appointment Policy:
As a courtesy, we will send you a text message appointment confirmation 3 business days in advance and 24 hours prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you or can only leave a message, please understand that you are responsible for remembering your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.

Our cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keep our team members’ schedules filled. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service, and our policies help us to achieve this.

Grace Period for Missed Appointments:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To accommodate such situations, we offer a one-time grace period for missed appointments. This allows you to reschedule your appointment without incurring a cancellation fee. However, this grace period is subject to availability and cannot be used repeatedly.

Treatment Appointments for Prepaid Packages and Gift Cards:
Please schedule appointments well in advance to avoid any issues with expiring packages or gift cards.

Appointment bookings via website are subject to availability. Wellship Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at its discretion.

  1. Refusal of Service & Treatment

Wellship Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to any individual under the following circumstances:

  • Medical Contraindications: If a client’s medical condition or history poses significant risks to their health or safety, we may decline to provide treatment.
  • Disruptive Behaviour: If a client engages in disruptive or abusive behaviour towards staff or other clients, we may refuse service.
  • Failure to Adhere to Policies: If a client repeatedly fails to adhere to our policies, such as late cancellations or non-payment, we may limit or deny future services.
  • Fraudulent Activity: If we suspect fraudulent activity, such as providing false information or using stolen credit cards, we will refuse service and may involve law enforcement.

We understand that these circumstances may be rare, and we strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. However, we reserve the right to take these measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and other clients.

  1. Website Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
  • Transmitting material that encourages conduct which constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability, or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations, or code of practice.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other computer or network systems connected to the Website.
  • Interfering with or disrupting any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Website.
  • Breaching any applicable laws or regulations while using the Website.

Our website is free to use, and we do our best to keep it available and uninterrupted. However, we may need to suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or part of our website for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any such changes.

We aim to provide you with the best possible consultation or treatment experience. If you have any concerns about our services, please speak to the clinic manager or their designee as soon as possible.

  1. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or treatments provided shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  1. Documentation & Receipts
  • For future reference, please retain the original receipt issued to you for any product or treatment.
  • Receipts are required for any product exchange, refunds (if applicable), or credit note issuance.
  • E-receipts are equally valid as physical receipts.
  1. Privacy Policy

Wellship Clinic is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its clients. We comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information. By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Personal data will be stored and processed in accordance with Indian law, and clients may withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing us.

  1. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wellship Clinic, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

  1. Your use of and access to the website, services, or products.
  2. Your violation of any term of these Terms & Conditions.
  3. Your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright, property, or privacy rights.
  4. Any claim that your submissions caused damage to a third party.

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the website.

  1. Communication & Marketing Consent

By using the website and/or filling up enquiry forms, you authorize Wellship Clinic to send you promotional and service-related communication via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or Phone.

  • This consent auto-renews every month.
  • To stop this service, please email hello@wellshipclinic.com.
  • Even if your number is registered with DND/DNC/NCPR, you consent to receive communication for the purposes mentioned above.
  • Wellship Clinic and its third-party service providers shall not be liable under TRAI or any other telecom regulations for sending such communication with your consent.
  • You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time in writing.
  1. Conditions of Sale & Payment Terms
  • All prices are inclusive of GST, wherever applicable.
  • Payments can be made via Cash (as per Income Tax Regulations) / Online Transfer / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI / Demand Draft / Cheque.
  • In case of cheque payments, treatments will be initiated only after confirmation of payment credited.
  • Treatments are rendered only to the extent of the amount paid towards the package.
  • All treatments are non-refundable.
  • In case a patient is unable to continue treatment because of medical issues, the case will be reviewed by the Medical Review Committee, and only in cases of documented medical co-morbidities, a credit note may be given for the unutilized amount which can be utilized towards customer referrals/any other packages/treatments/products etc.
  • All credit notes and gift vouchers will have to be fully utilized within one year of issuance.
  1. Order Acceptance Policy
  • Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
  • Wellship Clinic has the right at any time to accept or decline your order for any reason.
  • Wellship Clinic also reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the amount you ordered of any item.
  • All orders must obtain pre-approval with a suitable method of payment, as recognized by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
  • We do not accept orders from resellers, exporters, wholesalers, or other businesses who intend to resell.
  1. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitations on Liability
  • Wellship Clinic passes through to its clients all manufacturer warranties and guarantees that are provided with the product we sell.
  • Wellship Clinic makes no additional or independent warranties.
  • Wellship Clinic shall under no circumstances be accountable for incidental, consequential (including lost profits or opportunities), or punitive damages, even if advised of the prospect of such damages.
  • The maximum liability of Wellship Clinic for all damages shall be limited to an amount not to surpass the selling price of the product.
  • Wellship Clinic is not accountable for system downtime, lost data, or interruptions of service.
  1. Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed.

Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

  1. Termination
  • These Terms remain effective unless and until terminated by either you or Wellship Clinic.
  • You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
  • If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
  • Upon termination, Wellship Clinic reserves the right to refuse future services if prior Terms were breached.
  1. Entire Agreement & Waiver

These Terms, along with any policies referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wellship Clinic, superseding all prior communications or agreements, oral or written.

Failure of Wellship Clinic to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver.
